RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
You may return unworn, unused merchandise purchased on thegoodworth.com in it's original packaging, tags included, within 7 days of the purchase date for a refund. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Size exchanges are excepted within 5 days of purchase. If you received a defective product please contact us through the website within 5 days of receiving a defective product.
Please note: all sale items purchased through discount code or promotion are FINAL SALE, not eligible for altering your order, returns, and/or exchanges.
LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES
- The customer is responsible for filing any lost package claims. Please visit the carrier website for packages that have been in transit for 30 days or less. For USPS orders please visit www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.
– Good Worth is not liable for stolen packages. If your tracking confirms that your package has been “DELIVERED” at the address provided, then neither the carrier service nor Good Worth is liable. Please follow up with your local post office to see if your package is being held there before filing a lost package claim.
