RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

You may return unworn, unused merchandise purchased on thegoodworth.com in it's original packaging, tags included, within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The amount refunded will exclude the original shipping charges. 

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges are not available for online purchases, in-store purchases only. If a different size or color is desired, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order for the item(s) you’d like.

If you received a defective product please contact us through the website within 5 days of receiving a defective product. 

Please note: all PLAYBOY items and sale items purchased through discount code or promotion are FINAL SALE, not eligible for altering your order, returns, and/or exchanges.

LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES 

- The customer is responsible for filing any lost package claims. Please visit the carrier website for packages that have been in transit for 30 days or less. For USPS orders please visit www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. 

– Good Worth is not liable for stolen packages. If your tracking confirms that your package has been “DELIVERED” at the address provided, then neither the carrier service nor Good Worth is liable. Please follow up with your local post office to see if your package is being held there before filing a lost package claim.
