Once you have placed an order please allow 1-3 business days (may be longer due to covid) for your order to be shipped. Most orders are shipped the following day. Once your order has been shipped a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
Good Worth's warehouse hours are Monday - Friday. All orders are shipped from California.
LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES
- The customer is responsible for filing any lost package claims. Please visit the carrier website for packages that have been in transit for 30 days or less. For USPS orders please visit www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.
– Good Worth is not liable for stolen packages. If your tracking confirms that your package has been “DELIVERED” at the address provided, then neither the carrier service nor Good Worth is liable. Please follow up with your local post office to see if your package is being held there before filing a lost package claim.
